Escape to the serene beauty of the Finger Lakes for a transformative 3-day all-inclusive retreat. Stay in cozy lakeside lodging with breathtaking views, while indulging in 7 delicious farm-to-table meals prepared by your private chef. Each day is filled with rejuvenating wellness workshops, yoga sessions, and healthy movement practices designed to refresh both body and mind. You'll also connect with an incredible community of like-minded individuals, creating lasting bonds and memories. It's the perfect blend of relaxation, growth, and nourishment.
A snapshot into the spring retreat weekend + what to expect

All meals are made in house with whole and organic ingredient cooked with love from our holistic in house private chef.

A weekend of wellness
Thursday Evening:
Arrive by 6 PM and settle into your cozy lakeside lodging. We’ll kick off the weekend with a peaceful, grounding evening meditation, accompanied by soothing face masks and herbal teas to help you unwind and settle in. It’s the perfect way to get cozy and set your intentions for the weekend ahead.
Friday:
Start your morning with a calm and centering meditation, followed by a nourishing breakfast to fuel your day. After breakfast, dive into engaging and transformative wellness workshops that will set the tone for your retreat journey. In the afternoon, we’ll dive into a revitalizing contrast therapy session, alternating between the sauna, cold plunges, and restful hydration, letting your body reset and rejuvenate. We’ll close the day with a farm-to-table dinner that highlights the best of local, seasonal ingredients, nourishing both body and soul.
Saturday:
Begin with a gentle morning mobility session to get your body moving and ready for the day. We’ll then head out to explore the beautiful town of Canandaigua, followed by a visit to Synergy Social Wellness, where we’ll experience wellness in a holistic, community-focused space. In the afternoon, take advantage of lakeside bliss—enjoy the sun, relax, and soak in natural wellness therapies designed to nurture and restore. Afterward, we’ll unwind with a delicious dinner and an evening of de-stress activities, perfect for grounding and relaxation.
Sunday:
Start the final morning with a serene sunrise cacao ceremony by the lake, sipping your warm beverage while embracing the peaceful morning light. Afterward, flow into a rejuvenating yoga session, connecting breath with movement, followed by a nourishing breakfast to send you off feeling refreshed and centered. The retreat will wrap up here, leaving you recharged and ready to carry the energy of the weekend with you into the world.
Full itinerary will be sent via email closer to the retreat date, but rest assured, each moment has been designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

Meet your hosts
Anna I connected a few years ago. She started out as a client and turned into amazing friend. We bond over all things wellness and health and wanted to create a space where we could share our passion and bring together like minded crunchy people like ourselves! (selfishly, we want to hang out with YOU!) We knew we wanted to create something different and unique to the wellness space. Anna is an insanely talented yoga instructor, I might be bias but her classes are the best I’ve ever taken! Anna also brings her talent of showing you hot to create and sustain healthy habits through the work she does at whollybananna. She brings such a light to these weekends and I couldn’t be happier to co-host these weekends with her.
I’ve known our holistic private chef Maggie for years and when she came to our couples retreat, she voiced her interest in venturing into the private chef world. Anna and I couldn’t have been more excited to bring her to the team. Her passion for not only delicious foods but clean and wholesome ingredients makes her meals NEXT level. I always leave the table feeling incredibly nourished in my body and soul. Her attention to detail and curating meals with insane flavor that not only taste amazing but make you feel good is such a talent!

We strive to make every retreat a unique and different experience. Many retreats have a similar theme of rejuvenation and holistic practices but all health workshops, menus, and overall theme will vary from retreat to retreat !

For our retreats any activity level is welcome! We do 2-3 yoga sessions (beginners welcome) as well as hikes and walks. This retreat is good for people who do enjoy physical activity and healthy movement, but there are always modifications and variations for all skill levels.

Transportation is not provided to and from airports, however when going off site we do car pool. We put together a group so that people can share rides and carpool!

Retreat fees can’t be refunded unless your spot is sold.
This retreat will sell out-we will have a waiting list. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate cancellations by putting you in touch with people on the wait-list, but we can’t make a guarantee. You’re welcome to transfer your purchase to a friend in the event that you can’t make it.
