Today I am joined my my FAVORITE local farm to table's GM, Ashley Coleman. We chat about things to look for in farm to tables, food/farm sourcing (local, sustainable etc), tips for eating local at home and so much more!
Kindred Fare is a Finger Lakes dining experience inspired by farmhouse cooking and spirited gatherings with family and friends. We take the time to source each of our ingredients from the farmers and producers we know and trust. Come as you are is our motto, and we believe that the shared meal experience encourages us to slow down and savor each moment.
Our General Manager Ashley is an experienced wine professional and hospitality specialist with over 12 years of experience in the industry. While studying Hospitality & Tourism in college, she completed an internship in the Finger Lakes Region and fell in love with its community. She previously worked in the Finger Lakes Wine Industry for over 5 years and has been excited to return to her roots in the restaurant scene, as service is her passion. She is thrilled to be working with the Kindred Fare team to provide an atmosphere for an incredible dining experience.
