Synergy Social Wellness, a vibrant wellness center, wholesome cafe and marketplace for the whole human located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. When she’s not leading business development initiatives, you’ll find her crushing kettlebell workouts or exploring nature trails with her husband and dog.
